We are introducing a new service to the Bezporadce website called "CARE FREE purchase". This service is intended for clients who buy a real estate that will be at least partially financed with a mortgage loan and who don't want to take care of all the arrangements that are related to it. In this case, we will take over all communication and handling for you, and you will save tens of hours of your time. But at the same time, you will have a clear overview of each stage of the process and where we currently are with the process.


What exactly are we going to take care of if you choose the CARE FREE purchase offer?

• Communication with real estate office and real estate agents
• Communication and negotiation with the selling party
• Checking the technical condition of your purchased property (to ensure that noone is pulling your leg)
• Communication with lawyers and revision of all related documents (revision of the reservation contract, purchase contract, etc.)
• Ensuring a lawyer / notary custody of your money or arranging a tying bank account
• Negotiation of individual Terms and Conditions for your mortgage loan
• Estimate of the value of the property for the bank
• Mortgage loan settlement
• Securing all necessary documents from the cadastral office

The cost of the CARE FREE purchase is calculated individually, based on the complexity of the process, but the average price for the service is about CZK 10,000. Other costs will also need to be added, like the cost of individual services (eg. Attorney's fees, various office fees, etc.), which can be paid either on a one-off basis or within the individual payments during the settlement process.
