The overview of the newest development projects in Prague

The property market especially in Prague is curently a huge problem. The property demand in Prague is very high but the supply is insufficient. Most of the properties available are the ones that are not that demanded and are less affordable. The property prices in Prague are increasing and due to the current restrictions by the Czech National Bank many applicants can´t afford their own property.
If you are considering a purchase of your own property it´s necessary to think ahead. The most properties that are still under a constructions are already sold. That´s why a lot of people started to search for a property also outside of Prague where the supply is wider and the prices are more affordable.
In this article we wrote down five current development projects which are now on sale.
Residential and non-residential premises in Prague that are currently on sale is for example a project Byty u Hvezdy. The sale started 15.7.2019 and the construction completion is planned for the end of April 2020. The prices of these apartments are around CZK 5000 000.
The next project is Projekt Pripotocni 35 which offers not only residential, but also non-residential premises. The end of the construction is planned on 1.12.2019 and the apartments will be ready at the end of March 2020.
Another development project is starting in Brevnov and it´s called Terasy Brevnov. The construction completion is planned at the end of 2019 and there are still some apartments for sale. They sould be ready for the move in at the beginning of August 2019. The prices are around CZK 7 500 000.
A new project called Nova Nuselska has apartments for sale from CZK 3 800 000 to CZK 12 700 000. They will be available at the end of 2020.
In the supply of houses a project called Vily Hvezdarna offers houses for sale from 1.7.2019. The price is around CZK 15 000 000 and they will be ready for the move in in the beginning of September.
