Simple registration

First, please fill in registration form after verification of the registration by email, please fill in client questionnaire if you prefer online option, or you could meet directly with one of our mortgage specialists.

Individual offer and comparison of banks

On the basis of the information you provide us, our experienced mortgage specialist will make a tailor made offer for you to finance your property. We will compare current offers of individual banks for you and then we choose the best solution for you, together.

Submitting documents to the bank

Together, with your help, we submit all the necessary documents to the bank, which will subsequently check your income, financial obligations and will then make a decision on the terms of your mortgage. Once all documents are submitted the bank will prepare your mortgage contract. We will check the document for you and if necessary, we will suggest amendments according to your needs and expectations.

Signing and drawdown the mortgage

Subsequently we will meet in the bank to sign the mortgage agreement and after the mortgage terms are fulfilled, the amount according to the contract will be paid into the requested bank account.
